I am entering the last week(s) of this drama.
There isn’t much more to say today than: Don’t wear rose tinted glasses. Nobody can afford to assume that their current financial coping strategy is going to be sufficient to keep them safe in the future. Market rates change and if you or we can’t keep up financially then I won’t be the last person to be squeezed out of their safe space by rising rent prices. It’s miserable. I wish everyone I know would face the facts that planning our financial futures is crucially essential.
